This is two separate macros. When you're in a raid where you might be switching off from tank to DPS, a macro like this will help a lot when you need to quickly change roles.

Macro #1 - Tank on

/equip <Mainhand wepon name>
/equip <Sheild name>

Macro #2 - Tank off (DPS pain)

/equip <Mainhand wepon name>
/equip <Offhand wepon name>
